The Stingrays

Stingray City is home to about eighty Southern Rays (Dasyatis americana). These normally shy creatures have been gathering for years at the sandbar in Grand Cayman, to interact with and be fed by people. Not to be confused with some other stingray attractions, these rays are not kept in cages or fences. They are free to come and go when ever they please.

More comfortable in the water than he is on land, Matt is the perfect guide to introduce you to the stingrays.

My husband and I have done a lot of tours many places but this was by far the most amazing experience yet. We will come back to Grand Cayman just to swim with stingrays....–Trip Advisor Member...

We had a great experience with the sting rays and snorkeling the reef. Friendly people and we weren't stuffed in the boat with a crowd of people like you saw on the other boats. Highly recommend!...–Trip Advisor Member...

This was an experience not to be missed. We had a small group (17 people) which we appreciated as we watched the big boats with hoards of people go by....–Rick-Tripadvisor...

Fabulous experience, we are usually independent travellers and have learnt to spot the great people to use by researching on trip advisor and were certainly not disappointed!...–Wendy-Trip Advisor Member...
